Control line tubing

Down hole and umbilical tubing
We provide long lengths of seamless tubing up to 1500 meter (5.000 Ft) without orbital joints, depending on product dimensions. You can use them extensively for chemical injection and hydraulic control in subsea and offshore wells. The long lengths minimize the number of orbital welds, which reduces the potential for weld-related defects and failures. Additionally, our coils have an extremely clean and smooth ID surface that is ideal for hydraulic and chemical injection systems. With orbital welds, our coil lengths can be up to 15.240 meters (50.000 Ft) level worded on one metal reel.
Encapsulated control line
Merinox offers the encapsulation of control lines to provide increased durability, as well as chemical and corrosion resistance to meet each project’s specialized requirements, we offer different pre-insulated tubes, such as: HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), Santoprene, PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), Haylar and PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride).
