ISPM 15

International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures No.15 (ISPM 15) is an international phytosanitary measure developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) that directly addresses the need to treat wood packing materials, used to ship products between countries. Its main purpose is to prevent the international transport and spread of disease and insects that could negatively affect plants or ecosystems. ISPM 15 affects all wood packaging material (pallets, crates boxes, etc.) requiring that they be debarked and then heat treated and stamped or branded with a mark of compliance. This mark of compliance is also known as the “wheat stamp”. All our wooden packaging fully comply to the ISMP 15.

Smaller order packing format

For smaller orders in straight tubing, all packages are protected with a fumigated wooden shelf and trapped with cello tape or metal band in square or rectangular shape. Bigger tube bundles are with several wooden shelves wrapped around the tubes. On demand the whole bundle can be wrapped in plastic foil.

Bigger order packing format

For bigger orders we advise wooden export cases or boxes, made of strong fumigated wood and available in several dimensions, suitable for sea & airfreight to far away destinations.

Packing coiled tubing

The coiled tubes single and on wooden reels can be placed on a wooden “American” pallet ( 120 x 120 cm ), the coils will be trapped and wrapped in plastic foil.
