Pre-insulated tubes
Would you like to invest in pre-insulated tubes that are durable and corrosion resistant? These tubes are ideal for maintaining the temperature of the fluid in the pipes. At Merinox, all of our tubes from 1,5 mm up to 60 mm OD can be plastic extruded from random lengths of six meters or on coils and tube bundles. We produce our tubes to the highest standards in any colour and any hardness. The sheath thickness can vary from 0.5 mm up to 3 mm, which we can extrude.

Merinox offers the encapsulation of tubes to provide increased durability, as well as chemical and corrosion resistance. In our collection, you can also find industrial tubes that are fire retardant and resistant to temperatures up to 105°C to meet each project’s specific requirements.
